Our Solarize Canterbury campaign has been a huge success!  35 contracts were signed, increasing the number of Canterbury solar installations from 61 to 96!  

The Energy Committee invites you to Solarize Celebration Supper
Tuesday, September 10, 5:30-7:00pm  at the Town Hall. Please join us for food, music, dessert, and appreciation for everyone involved in the amazing success of the Solarize Canterbury Initiative.

Solarize Canterbury is a volunteer-run campaign whose purpose is to encourage Canterbury residents to investigate whether solar panels on their home make sense for them. Solar may save you money while you help create a more livable environment for our children and our future. 

We provide information about solar and we have partnered with 603 Solar/Adams Energy who are offering discounts to Canterbury residents who sign a contract before the end of August (with panels installed by end of November).
